Description: These sessions are the next step in understanding the concepts and tools of A Just Culture, and how they are applied to daily work operations and interactions. Sessions include more information and hands-on exercises with case studies on the basics of A Just Culture, the operative questions in Event Analysis, using the algorithm in working through issues or problems, and how it all relates to the DUHS systems in which we work.
Sessions are approximately 2 hours in length, and limited in size. Participants need only attend ONE session, as the content is the same at all sessions. Walk-ins will only be accommodated when space allows or there are no-shows at a session. Due to the interactive and interdepartmental nature of class exercises, a minimum registration of 10 participants is needed for each session.
