Course: Advance Care Planning: Respecting Choices™ Facilitator Training
Description: This two day seminar offers a systematic model for Advance Care Planning that can be adapted to different settings of care, and thereby bring a valuable resource to their organization. The goal is to increase thoughtful conversations about these important future choices in healthcare.
